For many, the decision to enter therapy is one of the hardest. However, you are not alone. Trusting a professional to help you through this difficult time may be scary and intimidating. That being said, working together to help get you through whatever challenges you are going through is my top priority.
By offering a safe and supportive therapeutic setting, I bring a variety of evidence based practices to treat issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, phobias, interpersonal & relationship challenges, low self-esteem, sexuality, and life-adjustments. I have had the pleasure of supporting children, teens and adults. By helping you articulate connections between your thoughts, feelings and actions, we can gain a better understanding of where you have been and in what direction you now wish to go. Together we can work to help you live a more satisfying and meaningful life and give you the skills to get through whatever challenges may arise.
