Christine is a compassionate clinician who has a background of working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings that service those who struggle with addiction and various mental health issues. Over her years of practice, Christine has experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups of all ages.
Christine works with her clients to help them develop self awareness. With her direct and understanding approach, she helps her clients explore what is motivating their negative feelings and thoughts and how these beliefs impact her client’s overall well being. After identifying these patterns, she works with the client to challenge and rebuild their thought patterns and impulses. Christine uses evidenced based techniques to help clients develop coping skills that assist them with reaching their goals. Christine believes in strengths-based, solution focused, trauma informed and person centered approaches to therapy.
